Clustering the states of the world by political indicators

The article presents the experience of clustering states world, based on political indicators. Ten indicators were selected for analysis, divided into foreign and domestic ones including: institutional foundations democracy, turnout in elections, representation women national parliaments, number NGOs, share state votes IMF, diplomatic missions; strength passport, index perception corruption, conflict potential military spending. With help geographic geopolitical matrices neighborhood, a spatial econometric analysis was carried out, using method average Geary index, world out. Based results we can say that neighborhood matrix allows more accurate according to by taking account context. As general, with its it possible not only visualize various parameters displayed cartogram but also fix prerequisites integration processes, cleavages between groups states, development trends particular cluster etc.
